This was exactly what my wife and I needed after a hectic school year. We had just dropped off our girls for summer camp and needed peace, quiet, and glorious surroundings. We used our nicely equipped kitchen for quiet meals, enjoyed an evening movie, and had a wonderful location for seeing some sights and events, while being close enough to shopping, restaurants, etc. KJ was a wonderful host and we would look forward to returning someday.

This was a gem. Not only easily accessible from the highway but the modern look and cleanliness was fantastic. We had 4 ladies staying there and all slept comfortably on the beds. The amenities were wonderful including the hot tub, grill, deck and gorgeous view. The best part was getting to know KJ. She was a delight. Attentive to any needs and a personality like sunshine.

The property is fairly secluded yet minutes from downtown Augusta, GA and North Augusta, SC and convenient to I-520. Rustic appeal with updated amenities and very quiet. Fishing can be very good from the dock at times. Sunrise river views are breathtaking.

What an amazing Masters experience! I attended my first Masters and the accommodations were perfect. The River Suite provided everything I needed. The property was very clean and conveniently located to downtown Augusta and Augusta National. I was able to park at the Master House, but still had the picture perfect getaway at the Savannah River. The fishing was the cherry on top of an unbelievable experience. I would recommend these properties to anyone wishing to attend the Masters or just enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Savannah River. KJ was a very attentive host. I will definitely be back!

I stayed at the River House while on a work assignment in the area. This home is very quiet. Great for folks who want peace and quiet at the end of the day. I watched numerous animals in the evenings including deer, fox, armadillos and also many song birds. It is also well appointed. You will only need your clothes and personal items. The home is large, sleeping at least 5-6 without crowding. Highly recommended.

Our family’s stay in the Mountain Oasis Apartment was wonderful. It is a convenient location for catching ski shuttle or less than hour ride by your own car to over 4 ski resorts. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Beautiful sunset views from the hot tub were a bonus. We all loved it and had a great time. Thank you for all of your help and communication KJ!

Kj’s Holladay rental was fabulous . It was just what I wanted. It was perfectly located between salt lake, solitude, alta/snowbird. She was a wonderful host and a delight! The place was clean and hospitable with everything you would need. I will be booking again with her in the future! I cannot say enough good things about the experience!

We had a great stay at KJ’s place for our ski trip! The directions to get in the place were super clear and easy to understand, even for someone as directionally challenged as myself! The apartment was lovely and well appointed, with cozy seating and a nice dining and kitchen area as well. The entire home was sparkling clean, and the rooms were really comfy and had super soft fluffy comforters! Perfect for cuddling up in after a long day on the slopes. We got to meet KJ in person, and she was a lovely host – we ended up chatting with her for quite a while, and loved swapping travel stories too. We enjoyed the tips on local dining, and played some really fun board games from the apartment too. All in all, a wonderful trip! Would definitely recommend 🙂

This condo was a great find! The location was a short and easy drive from Alta and Snowbird. The condo itself was decorated perfectly and nice and clean! There were even some great restaurant recommendations which helped us after a fun but tiring day of skiing.

Of all the places I have rented for vacations Kj’s home in Holliday is a standout stay. I could rave about it for you all day but I wont. Just trust me, you’re making the right decision to stay here. Her vacation rental is a great value, perfectly situated, and wonderfully cozy. I guarantee you’ll have a great stay.

Nothing but positive things to say about our experience at Westgate in Park City. Given COVID, we were particularly happy to have the unit’s close proximity to the lifts and full kitchen for cooking meals, but also very much loved having the jacuzzi tub, steam shower and fireplace! KJ was super responsive and helpful during our stay as well! Highly recommend!

Our company rented the Masters house from Nov. 4 to Jan. 19,2019. Lovely home with excellent amenities. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Kj was amazing to work with and a pleasure to talk to. Hope to be able to rent with her again soon. Highly recommend this peaceful location.

KJ offers great units in SLC. Just a great location and really nicely set up units. We were in for 5 days in April for end of season skiing and her place was as good as it gets. Nicely furnished, super convenient, fair (if not great pricing), and great support from KJ to boot. Cant recommend KJ enough.

The rental is beautiful with everything that you will need. I have young children so having all that space , the kitchen and washing machine was invaluable. The views are beautiful and it’s right near the entrance to the gondola and the swimming pool for the kids. It’s a rather large resort so location is important. KJ was wonderful to work with and I can’t imagine anyone not be happy here!

This was a really great place! I was surprised at how easy the check in process was and as soon as we walked in, we immediately got comfortable and settled in. It was clean and cozy, and the jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax after a long day. My only complaint was that I wish we could have stayed longer!!

We stayed at the Westgate in Park City, and it was a great place in an amazing location. Kj accommodated us at the last minute, and was easily accessible for our questions. A few things we noted about the apartment:
– Very spacious
– Amazing view: we were right next to the gondola and our young son was mesmerized watching it move in the morning.
– Parking is easy and free. KJ tells you where to park so that you are near the closest elevator to your apartment.
– The late night, on-site market had things like gluten free bread and almond milk, which we needed.
– The staff truly is there to help you with whatever you need. We had a pack-n-play in our room in no time and they even correctly set it up (something I still fail at).
– Obviously take advantage of the skiing and the shuttles that can take you all over town.
– We took advantage of the in-room two person sauna tub. It was awesome.

Very comfortable! Relaxing, quiet and clean! My husband and me spent a week there and were talking about going back next year. Great communication with Kj!

This apartment was fantastic for our extended stay of 8 months. Parking and accessibility to shops, skiing, parks and attractions was great. The full kitchen was stocked and great to cook in. The yard provided a quiet space to appreciate the views, and the flow from indoor to outdoors meant we got to let nature in. The owners are truly wonderful, kind people who helped us have a very comfortable stay. We would happily come back to stay!

What a great place! Close to the highway and to the ski resorts. And the view of the valley is spectacular! It’s a basement apartment, but it’s a walk-out with a separate entrance and full size windows so it doesn’t feel like you’re in a basement. Super clean and well stocked with the essentials. KJ was always available if we had any questions. I highly recommend both the house and KJ as a host!
